Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and erek40 (the "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on erek40, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use erek40. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid identification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.
erek40 services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and during all use of the Platform. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your local jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia and your local municipality regarding online betting and gaming activities.
You confirm that you are not currently enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion program, have not been banned from online betting platforms for fraud or abuse, and do not have any legal restrictions preventing participation in online gambling activities. If you later become subject to such restrictions, you must immediately notify erek40 and cease all betting activity.
To use erek40, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may register only one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
erek40 is required by law and industry regulations to verify the identity of all users. Upon registration or before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by uploading a government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months). Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be suspended.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify erek40 customer support at [email protected].
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. erek40 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the Platform. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, minus any applicable fees or deductions for bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or outstanding obligations.
erek40 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be made from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. You may set personal daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings to support responsible gaming. Changes to deposit limits take 24 hours to become effective.
Deposits via BCA and BRI during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Deposits via other banks or e-wallets may take up to 15 minutes. Off-hours deposits are queued and processed during the next banking window. erek40 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets verified during KYC and registered in your own name. You must wager your deposit amount at least once before requesting a withdrawal to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Withdrawals are subject to security review and may be delayed if suspicious activity is detected.
erek40 processes withdrawals to BCA and BRI within 5 minutes during banking hours. Withdrawals to other banks are processed within 10–15 minutes. E-wallet withdrawals are processed 24/7 with near-instant delivery during platform peak hours. All withdrawal timelines are subject to successful completion of KYC verification and fraud screening.
erek40 does not charge platform fees for withdrawals. However, receiving banks or payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are deducted from your withdrawal amount. You are responsible for understanding and accepting any such fees imposed by third parties.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at erek40's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. Each bonus is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal conditions. You must opt-in to receive bonuses and carefully read all associated terms before claiming.
Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a welcome bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place Rp 1,000,000 in total wagers before the bonus and its winnings become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10–20%).
Any attempt to abuse bonuses through collusion, arbitrage betting, duplicate accounts, or other fraudulent methods will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential account closure. erek40 reserves the right to withhold bonuses from users suspected of systematic bonus abuse.
Bonuses and bonus winnings are not withdrawable until all wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Real-money deposits and winnings from real-money wagers are always withdrawable (subject to the standard 1x wagering rule).
All sports bets are settled according to official results and statistics provided by the relevant sports governing body or league. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Bandar bola (bookmaker) odds are updated in real-time and reflect the odds at the moment your bet is accepted. erek40 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on erek40 and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

All content on the erek40 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software code, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of erek40 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from erek40.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, erek40 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
erek40's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless erek40, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; (c) your use or misuse of the Platform; or (d) any fraudulent, negligent, or willful misconduct by you.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which erek40 is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your erek40 account, you must first contact customer support at [email protected] with full details of the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute informally within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department. If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, you may seek resolution through binding arbitration or the courts, as specified in Section 12.1.
erek40 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of erek40 after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and erek40 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, between you and erek40.
